NOTES
- For cancellations until September 30, 2025 (until 23.59 pm), 50% of the deposit will be refunded. After October 1, 2025, the fee will not be refunded.
- Participants who have paid the registration fee should send the receipt to [email protected].
- Participant’s “name and surname” and “receipt” information should be written in the subject section of the e-mail address.
