18SHİK

Dear Academics, Representatives of the Business and Public Sectors, and Students,

We are honored to host the 18th Congress on Health and Hospital Administration, which is held annually in a different city and hosted by a different university. This year, the congress will be organized by the Department of Health Management, Faculty of Health Sciences at Istanbul Medipol University. We are delighted to welcome you to Istanbul—a city of global significance, rich in history and culture.

As the healthcare sector rapidly transforms under the influence of global changes and technological advancements, management processes are also in need of new approaches and solutions to adapt to these dynamics. In this context, the main theme of our congress has been determined as “Interdisciplinary Trends in Health Management in a Changing World.”

Throughout the congress, a wide range of topics will be discussed, including but not limited to: health law, healthcare facility management, health insurance, home care services, health informatics and Health 5.0, health economics, disaster and emergency management, health tourism, quality management, health policy, healthcare systems engineering, and the management of medical devices and pharmaceuticals. In addition to addressing these topics from a global perspective, the congress will serve as a significant platform for sharing and disseminating best practices in Turkey’s healthcare policies and system.

The congress program will feature panels on current issues, oral presentations, and thematic colloquiums where field professionals and academics will come together. All sessions will be held face-to-face; no remote (online) participation option will be available.

As the Department of Health Management at Istanbul Medipol University’s Faculty of Health Sciences, we would be delighted to welcome you to Istanbul for the “8th International and 18th National Congress on Health and Hospital Administration,” which will take place from October 9 to 11, 2025. We look forward to your participation and to jointly shaping the future of health management through an interdisciplinary lens.

We wish you all a productive and inspiring congress experience
